Term and Conditions

As the event is virtual, once the ticket is bought no refunds will be given. However, if you cannot attend the event and give us prior Knowledge (at least 48 hours). We will arrange to record the masterclass and send you the recorded version. If possible and given enough prior knowledge (at our discretion) we will try and arrange for you to come to the same masterclass with a different group, however, this depends on the capacity of the other group and how far away that meeting will be.
